If You're Ready to Change, We Want to Help
If you’re misusing a substance or struggling with an addiction and you’re ready to change, we don’t want finances to prevent you from getting the help you need. To help pay for the cost of treatment we accept all PPO insurance plans, and provide financial assistance for those facing financial hardship.
How We Handle Insurance
We accept all PPO plans with all insurance companies as an out of network provider. We have a dedicated insurance team who will verify your benefits prior to treatment, and work on your behalf throughout the billing process to ensure that insurance covers as much of your treatment as possible.
You will be responsible to cover any treatment costs that your insurance isn’t able to pay—this amount varies depending on your plan.
Private Cash Pay
You can privately pay for treatment at New Legacy. We accept Health Savings Account, cash, cashier’s check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and ACH Bank Transfers.
We offer financial assistance for our cash paying guests experiencing some form of financial hardship. See #1 below to learn more about this option.
Other Ways to Afford Treatment
1) Financial Assistance Program
For people facing financial hardship, but who have a desire to seriously confront their struggle, we want to help.
Our financial assistance program takes into account your income, credit score, desire to change, current assets, and more. Get started by clicking the button below.
2) Family and Friends
When you’re truly committed to confronting your struggle you might be surprised by the people who step up to help you financially. Whether it’s a friend who knows about your struggle, or a family member who wants to help, reaching out for financial help might be a great way to show them that you’re truly ready to change.
If you have friends and family who want to help, but who aren’t willing to give you money directly, that’s not a problem. We can work with a point person who manages your payments for treatment.
If you’re serious about confronting your struggle, a loan might be a great way to finance your treatment process. Even though this means you’ll have to make payments on the loan after treatment, the cost of these payments are small compared to the new legacy that our treatment will give you.
You can reach out to us directly to talk about loan options, or work directly with a bank or credit union to try and get a personal loan.
Why Don’t We List Our Prices?
The main reason we don’t list our prices is because the cost of treatment is different for each person we help. For some, insurance will cover most of the cost, others will need to private pay, and for others, we’ll be able to provide some financial assistance.
Regardless of your situation, we would encourage you to reach out today to see what your options are to start your recovery journey.
