Steps to Getting Started

Tell us about what you’re going through

You can tell us about your situation by giving us a call at (859) 449-5444 or by filling out this simple form. When you call one of our experienced staff members will help you take the next step and answer any questions you might have about our program.

Schedule a time to come in for an assessment

Our assessments are conducted by either Shawn or Debra, both of whom have over 20 years of experience helping people in situations like yours. Assessments typically take between one and two hours. The goal of the assessment is to get to know you better, and to be able to recommend your best next step.

Start your treatment program

After your assessment we’ll be able to recommend which level of care would be best for you. Many times this means starting our outpatient program, sometimes we might recommend you to one of our partner’s programs. Either way, we always have your best interest in mind, and will make sure you get the help you need.

Common Questions About Outpatient Treatment

Yes! Guests are welcome to stay in either one of our sober living homes or in another nearby sober living home.

Guests are also welcome to live at home during their treatment program.

Yes. We accept insurance. Please give us a call and we can quickly determine what percentage of treatment your insurance will cover.

No, we do not accept medicaid or medicare.

Yes, one-on-one time with each of our guests is an important part of our treatment process. Guests spend at least an hour of one-on-one counseling with a clinician each week. Spending time with you individually gives us a chance to understand your treatment needs, and how we can most effectively help you.

You can expect to come in three days each week for about three hours each visit for group counseling and sessions. Then, in addition to your three weekly visits, you’ll work one-on-one with a counselor once a week.

Our experienced team of clinicians have worked together to develop a curriculum that focuses on affecting real change in an individual’s lifestyle. Through both group and one-on-one sessions, our guests walk through topics like vulnerability, grief and loss, relationships, anger, emotional health, and others.
