We Wrote Our Own Intensive Outpatient Curriculum

We looked around at the addiction treatment curriculum available and didn’t like what we saw, so we built our own.

Over the course of the next 6 months, our team of clinicians and a team of other experts in the addiction treatment space carefully created a comprehensive addiction recovery curriculum focused on real change.

Through both group and one-on-one sessions, the curriculum will walk you through topics like vulnerability, grief and loss, relationships, anger, and emotional health.

Designed to fit your schedule

Flexible Schedule

Morning or Evening Sessions: You’ll meet three days a week for three hours each time. These sessions are offered both in the morning and evenings. You’ll also meet individually with one of our counselors one time per week. We’ll work with you during the admissions process to determine which times will work best.

90 Days for a 10 Week Program: We understand that life happens—someone gets sick, you go to visit family, you have a commitment at work, etc. This is why we give you 90 days to complete our 10 week program. This builds in some flexibility, and allows time for you to make up classes you may have to miss.

Spending time with you individually gives us a chance to understand your treatment needs, and how we can most effectively help you.

You can expect to come in three days each week for about three hours each visit for group counseling and sessions. Then, in addition to your three weekly visits, you’ll work one-on-one with a counselor once a week.
